Our client is seeking a full-time is seeking a full-time Project Manager , who will be based in Blue Ash, OH and will service clients throughout the greater Cincinnati, OH area.
The role may require travel to project sites and they collaborate closely with clients to transform ideas into reality through thoughtful design and precise execution of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee & administer the architectural process from initial design to the completion of construction
- Manage the project team to ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled
- Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples
- Estimate project costs and budgets
- Develop and oversee schedules and timelines
- Manage site planning and compliance
- Receive project requests and draft designs
- Utilize necessary physical and digital tools to create initial drafts
- Draft projects using both 2D and 3D sketching
- Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations
- Meet with clients to discuss project goals, needs and budget
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, applications, and contracts
