About Our Client

Addison Group is seeking a Contract HR Recruiter on behalf of our client. This role focuses on high-volume hiring and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Job Description

The Contract HR Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding support, and candidate experience for a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting organizational growth through talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and production roles
  • Conduct a high volume of daily phone and in-person interviews
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
  • Represent the company at job fairs and community hiring events
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and internal systems
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
  • HR experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making repetitive calls and engaging with diverse candidates
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and organized
