Equipment Maintenance Technician Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
Qualifications : Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, emphasis on electrical knowledge Industrial electrical and mechanical skills Knowledge of assembling, installing and repairing electrical and mechanical components and systems Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and determine the appropriate measures to correct them Time management skills and the ability to work well in a team setting Ability to read and interpret blueprints for renovation and repair purposes Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including walking, climbing, standing, sitting, and lifting
Equipment Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
Responsible for ensuring proper plant maintenance including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs Troubleshoot by observing mechanical devices in operation, by listening for problems and / or by using precision measuring and testing instruments Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets and assembly schematic drawings Replace or repair faulty electrical components Calibrate and adjust all electrical / electronic equipment Removes defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools Answers questions and requests regarding mechanical maintenance Minor programming and maintenance for programmable logic controller-based equipment Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines Uses LOTOTO procedures to demonstrate familiarity with site safety precautions
