Hospitality Overview :
Parlor Doughnuts is a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our original layered doughnuts;
vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee. Our goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting.
Parlor Doughnuts is expanding to World Golf and looking for new members to join our team! Parlor Front of House team members are the first impression to each customer.
This requires a commitment to Parlor values and standards with friendliness, a smile and a welcoming demeanor, greeting customers with warmth, while taking customer orders, completing transactions on the cash register, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and presentable lobby.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers / offer menu to each new customer.
- Educate customers on any questions they may have in regards to the menu.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store, as well as restrooms.
- Complete all tasks per Front of House Checklists.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Restock display cases with fresh doughnuts.
- Build boxes, stamp bags, keep merchandise / grab and go items stocked and neat.

Education and Experience
- Practical experience in various food service positions preferred
- Customer service experience a plus
