As a Dental Recruiter based in Denver, CO, your key role involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent in the dental industry specifically for technical roles.
Your collaboration with Regional and Office Managers is crucial to grasp their personnel requirements, formulate successful recruitment tactics, and implement strategies for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates.
Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the complete recruitment process, ranging from candidate identification and screening to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.

Compensation :
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers in Denver, CO to comprehend personnel requirements and devise recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates within the dental industry.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates with both technical skills for dental positions and versatility in hiring non-technical roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to assess candidate fit for roles and organizational culture.
- Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain candidate relationships by offering timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs within the dental practice.
- Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms, with selected candidates.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to recruitment and employment.
Qualifications :
- Must have previous experience working as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with a preference for focusing on technical or specialized roles in the dental industry.
- Deep knowledge of dental technology, materials, equipment, and procedures commonly utilized in dental laboratories and practices is essential.
- Strong networking abilities and established connections within the dental community, including dental schools, industry associations, and professional conferences, are required.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and industry best practices is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively with candidates and hiring managers are crucial.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a must.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action guidelines, is essential.
- Must be adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events or meetings is required.
