Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the heating and cooling industry.
This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and manufacturers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the heating and cooling industry.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
- 25% overnight travel
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heating and cooling industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
