Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the heating and cooling industry.

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and manufacturers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the heating and cooling industry.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
  • 25% overnight travel

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heating and cooling industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
