We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to join our client's team in Hoboken, NJ!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing end-to-end digital media campaigns.
This role requires a strong understanding of both upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics, as well as the ability to work closely with internal teams to measure and achieve campaign success.
Candidates must be local to Hoboken, NJ, and comfortable with a hybrid schedule of 3-5 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign life cycle (from pre-sale to post-sale).
- Partner closely with internal teams including account management, sales, and advanced analytics to define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics.
- Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in the team’s shared document repository.
- Manage the day-to-day campaign maintenance, addressing internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Work with trafficking teams to traffic tags and ensure accurate tracking for campaigns.
- Build and deliver media plans for new client opportunities using strategic insights and best practices.
- Regularly consult sales teams on insights to clients, detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
- Provide monthly audit reports to partners and actualize bill / pay systems when applicable.
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross-functionally.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 2-3 years of professional end-to-end Digital Media Campaign Management experience.
- Proven experience in campaign management, including day-to-day campaign maintenance and addressing internal and external questions regarding campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
- Proficiency in media planning, building media plans, and a firm understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
- Experience with multiple digital media products and channels : Social, Display, Mobile, Search, Paid, Programmatic, etc.
with specific expertise in Paid channels.
- Experience in bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, and digital media operations across search and display.
- Ability to identify risks and effectively navigate through issues, including regularly consulting sales teams on client insights, campaign performance, optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Experience working with integrated teams by partnering closely with account management, finance, sales, advanced analytics, and optimization.
