WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a highly motivated part-time Front Desk Associate for our salon. This position begins as a part-time position (Minimum 20 hours per week) but could lead to more hours and possibly a full-time position.

This position requires availability on weekends, Sunday and Wednesday nights; Morning shifts 7 : 30-3 : 30; evening shifts 2 : 30-9 : 30 PM;

overlap shifts 10 AM- 3 PM. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment.

You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. Hunger to make more money through incentives and bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Follow up and book sales leads
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person or by phone
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Partner with Lash Artists to maintain a fluid environment in the salon

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Outstanding phone skills
• MUST be available evenings, holidays and weekends
• Strong attention to detail / incentivized by company goals
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
• Eyelash extensions are required
