We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time highly motivated Accounts Receivable Billing Manager. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing the office function, which includes but is not limited to billing, collections, PNA record keeping, cash posting, banking, month-end processing, etc.
This facility has a full-time regional support position in the business office.
Requirements :
- MUST have prior experience as business office manager in a SNF or an LTCH setting.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Office and Matrix or other SNF / Billing software such as Matrix or PCC.
- Knowledge of Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, HMO and SCO Billing, private insurances, PPA and Private pay collections, PNA, Cash Postings.
- Possess solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
- Must be willing to work with families, residents and outside consultants on Medicaid applications.
- Must be willing to have financial conversations with family members and residents.
- Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as a self-motivating individual with oversight of an assistant.
- Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
