Job Requirements :

• Have experience working in a Preschool, Daycare or Nanny with small children infancy to 3 years old?
• Minimum BA / BS with 2 year’s experience with working with Children
• Available primarily Mornings and 2pm on multiple days per week; able to maintain consistent schedule; Commit to 1 year of employment
• Possess strong clinical insight, and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license and driver's insurance

Job Responsibilities :

• Be fun, energetic, and motivating for the children and families we work with
• Provide skills training services and / or behavioral therapy to children
• Part-time (up to 25 hours per week dependent on Therapist and client's availability and degree); available mornings and after 2pm on multiple days per week; reliable
• Travel between client's homes within the Orange County area
• Maintain accurate records of therapy provided including session notes, and data / summaries
• Provide feedback to parents / caregivers regarding progress of clients as well as recommendations

Physical Demands

• Must have full physical dexterity / agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
• Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
• Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)

• ABA Sign-On Bonus is paid after 90 days working with clients. Bonus will vary based on ABA work experience, education, certification and meeting all job requirements.
