Trillium Construction is now hiring for a company based in Chattanooga, TN!
Our client specializes in commercial solar construction doing projects like solar rooftops, EV charges, and battery storage.
They are now hiring a Project Manager to join the team. Although the office is in Chattanooga, this is a remote / hybrid position based on the fact that this position requires travel.
This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a salary of up to $130k depending on experience plus benefits like M / V / D, 401k, PTO, vehicle allowance, and gas card, plus more.

- Drive execution of the projects, keeping them on schedule and on budget, while maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and other information.
- Present project progress, key findings, and recommendations and manage weekly calls with contractors to discuss project progress.
- Review and take ownership of project budgets including the cost of permits and fees, third-party consultants, and construction costs for off-site, site work.
- Coordinate and manage solar installers, conduct project meetings, and provide weekly progress reports to the client.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a solar PM constructing rooftop solar projects and small-scale distribution grid of up to 10 MW.
- Ability to travel 50% with short overnight trips.
- Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, and within budget close.
- Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, ProCore.
