Job Title : Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling customer orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role involves working closely with managers and salespersons, participating in warehouse meetings, and providing logistics support for company events.
Responsibilities
Pick and assemble customer orders as indicated on the pick list.
Coordinate with manager and salespersons to assemble urgent deliveries to customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Participate in weekly warehouse meetings.
Conduct daily stock checks and report out-of-stock inventory to management.
Maintain warehouse upkeep and ensure the stockroom is clean and organized.
Transport inventory between warehouses via delivery van.
Maintain and safely navigate the company vehicle.
Complete deliveries as a backup delivery driver.
Document, record, and complete driver log when making deliveries.
Attend semiannual inventory count on designated days, possibly on weekends.
Provide logistics support for company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Obligated to answer to all management.
Essential Skills
Conversational level English required; Business level English preferred.
Able to operate forklift and warehouse machinery in compliance with safety guidelines.
Able to work weekends, holidays, afterhours, and 2nd Shift (5 : 00PM close) as needed.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Work efficiently independently and in a team.
Adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of general warehousing experience required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of driver, delivery, and / or freezer experience preferred.

Work Environment
Able to work without sitting for extended periods of time, including standing and walking. Able to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Able to handle and move up to 165 pounds assisted frequently. Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours. Noise level : loud while indoors.
