Description of the Role :
As a Genesis Express Tech at Genesis of St.
Charles in Peters, Missouri, you will be responsible for offering outstanding customer service and technical support to our valued customers.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Genesis vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Provide technical support to customers and dealership staff
- Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any issues or potential problems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues
- Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed
Requirements :
- Prior experience as a certified automotive technician or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
