Job Description
Lead DevOps Architect
Location : Miramar, FL
Duration : 9+ months (Strong possibility to go more than that)
Must Have :
- 3-5 years design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and / or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns.
- Hands on Technical experience with :
- AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Mesosphere middleware
- 3-5 years managing an IT Operations environment.
- 3-5 years’ hands on experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, SVN, Git, Chef, Ansible, Artifactory, ServiceNow, Sonar, Selenium.
- 5+ years of experience with approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery and release of software.
- 5+ years’ experience with managing teams including progress monitoring and reporting.
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Linux (writing shell scripts).
- 3+ years' experience in automation scripting using one or more of the following languages :
- Java
- Perl
- Ruby
- Python
Nice To Have :
- 5 years of DevOps leadership and transformation experience.
- Familiarity with Application or Environment Monitoring tools (ex : Dynatrace).
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast-paced, high-velocity agile environment.
- The use of Public / Private cloud and Virtualization Technologies.
- Working experience of at least one of digital middleware technology stacks (Mesosphere, Apigee, Cassandra, Kafka, Solr).
