Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in computerscience Information Technology or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 5 years of experiencein infrastructure automation Linux administration and networktroubleshooting.
Minimum 5 years of experience ofLinux system administration (primarilyRedHat)
Extensive experience with PCRE(Perl Compatible Regex Engine)
Minimum 2 years experience withsyslogng for centralized logging. Specifically librdkafka rsyslog(customizing endpoints) keepalived (in large clusters beyond 2systems)
Strong knowledge of networkprotocols and troubleshootingtechniques.
Handson experience with TerraformAnsible or any other equivalent service for infrastructureas
code.
Strong programming experiencewith at least few of the higherlevel programming languageslike
Bash Perl Python Go orC
Familiarity with cloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or GoogleCloud.
Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
Strong communication and teamworkabilities.
PreferredQualifications :
Certifications in relevanttechnologies (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Red HatCertified Engineer).
Experience with other automationtools such as Ansible Puppet orChef.
Knowledge of containerizationtechnologies like Docker andKubernetes.

KeyResponsibilities :
Linux Administration : Manage andmaintain Linux servers ensuring optimal performance security andreliability.
Network Troubleshooting : Diagnoseand resolve network issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimalnetwork performance.
Syslogng Management : Configureand manage syslogng for centralized logging and monitoring fromvarious servers i.e. servers (both linux and windows platforms)firewall appliances proxiesetc.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Design implement and manage infrastructure as code using TerraformAnsible or equivalent to automate the provisioning and managementof infrastructure resources
Programming : Have strong skillsin at least one of the higherlevel programming languages such asPython Go etc. to handle automation tasks
Collaboration : Work closely withdevelopment operations and security teams to ensure seamlessintegration and deployment of infrastructuresolutions.
Documentation : Create andmaintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processesand infrastructureconfigurations.
Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor infrastructure performance and implementimprovements to enhance efficiency andscalability
