Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary :
The Marketing Coordinator will guide the efforts of the marketing department and assist the Marketing Manager with administrative duties.
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, customer experience / support or equivalent experience is required.Experience in the hospitality / restaurant industry a plus.Key Skills :
Proficient with excelStrong communication skillsTime management skills. Able to complete tasks efficiently and on time.Able to multitaskAn aptitude for managing multiple, simultaneous projects and working with a team.

Responsible for the marketing request process. Ensures requests are assigned to the appropriate team member and completed within a timely manner.
Communicates request status back to the department and follows up if additional information is needed.Coordinate production of materials by outside vendors as well as internal staff.
Distribute materials to corresponding departments within the Resort.Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate.
Develop creative ideas, process improvements, and technological solutions to expand our team's abilitiesUpdate promotional displays throughout the Resort.
Performs administrative functions including answering phone calls, checking voicemails, responding to emails.Other duties as assigned.Requirements
