My client in the real estate development space is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst to join their Human Resources team.
The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits options.
They will be joining a team of 6 and working closely with the HR assistant, as well as the payroll team. This individual will be expected to know all aspects of the benefits world - 401k, FMLA, workers comp, insurance, etc.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
