Overberg is growing! We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines in varying industries
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide coordination and oversight for outside teams
- Coordinate and run calls and meetings, set agendas and schedules
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in facilities, construction and / or design a plus but not necessary
- Strong project management skills, that can motivate and coordinate individuals and groups
- Strong ability to produce actionable results
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Possessing technical qualities in setting agendas and schedules in various industries based on project type
- Ability to deliver organized, clear communication while assisting in accountability to the stated goals
- Must a be collaborator that is willing / able to take the lead, execute, and support team members under specified circumstances
- Smart Sheets experience a must
