LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to support a dynamic company in Hillsboro, OR, searching for a Field Service Manager.
This position offers the opportunity for promotion within the company and is ideal for an experienced people manager and leader ready to guide a team of Technicians / Engineers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field service technicians / engineers.
- Ensure excellent customer service by supporting clients' needs, particularly focusing on electromechanical systems.
- Manage the deployment and operations of the field service team, prioritizing projects and resources effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Intel, specifically within the sub-fab and vacuum systems sectors.
- Foster strong client relationships and support succession planning within the team.
- Travel up to 25% to oversee field operations and maintain customer connections.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in managing field service operations, preferably with multiple customers.
- Proven leadership / management experience, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in semiconductor electromechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate agility in decision-making.
