WHAT YOULL DO :
Because of our incredible growth, we are looking to add a full-time IT Support Specialist. for our clients. You will be involved in the installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of the client's infrastructure, as well as interacting with vendor support on a regular basis to identify and resolve issues.
- Complete assigned tickets and follow up with clients until resolved for the following :
- Passwords and MFA tokens
- Peripheral device support including network printers, scanners, monitors & UPS devices
- Applications including Office, QuickBooks, EMR, etc.
- Hardware including Switches, Access Points, and sometimes Phones (Depending on site assignment)
- Maintenance & Administration :
- Complete move / add / changes of client workstations including adding printers, applications, roles, and more
- Onboard and offboard client employees
- Train and guide clients in proper software and hardware usage
- Train and guide clients in software and hardware usage
- Onboard and offboard client employees
- Complete move / add / changes of client workstations, including adding printers, configuring software
- Proactive Support :
- Document changes to client environments, in accordance with change management policies
- Complete tasks as designated by site administrator
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Technical understanding in the following :
- Windows Desktop (Versions 7 / 10)
- DNS functionality (desktop)
- Active Directory Moves / Adds / Changes
- Hypervisor technologies (ask Mike if this is required.
