Product Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Operations (Strategic Finance) professional.

Key Responsibilities

Build out service offerings and refine tools for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Create frameworks and playbooks for customer success to enhance value for customers

Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for customer expansion and retention

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or product strategy

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Deep product intuition and ability to translate customer behavior into features

Curiosity about agriculture, accounting, or small-business finance

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or professional services is preferred
