Clear2 Mortgage is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our dynamic team in Downtown Royal Oak, MI.
As part of a growing company focused on putting people first, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant mortgage processing for our clients.
We serve realtors and home buyers across multiple states, and our commitment to personalized service sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage loan files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather required information and resolve any issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and third parties throughout the loan process.
- Ensure all loan conditions are met prior to closing and handle post-closing tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Loan Processor, Mortgage Assistant, or a similar role in the mortgage industry (we are only accepting applicants that have experience at mortgage companies).
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and loan documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Hours : Monday and Wednesday 8-6PM, Tuesday and Thursday 8-5PM, Friday 8-4PM. This is a on-site position only.
