As a jetbroker your role will involve building and nurturing clientrelationships understanding their specific needs and matching themwith the most suitable aircraft options.
You will be responsiblefor negotiating terms and prices for charter flights coordinatingbookings and ensuring a smooth travel experience for ourclients.
Your duties will also include stayingupdated on industry trends maintaining accurate records andcollaborating with internal teams to provide exceptionalservice.
We offer attractive incentives withhigh payouts based on performance and a progressive payout scale.You will receive leads from the company to help expand yourbusiness along with support from a brokerfriendly backoffice team.
Our strong relationships with operators and vendors along withcomprehensive tools will be at your disposal to ensure yoursuccess.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated track record of generating annualrevenue / sales book of business
totaling $1 million ormore.
Previous experience as a Jet Broker or Charter JetBroker is essential.
Strong understanding of the aviationindustry including regulations market
trends and aircraftspecifications.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonalskills to build and maintain relationships
with clientsand aircraft operators.
Proficiency in usingindustryspecific software and tools for flightplanning
scheduling and managing clientaccounts.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced andhighpressure environment
managing multiple client requestsand transactions simultaneously.
Exceptional attention todetail and accuracy in handling documentation
contractsand financial transactions.
Can negotiatecommission 1050% commissions
