Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Temporary Bilingual Recruiter to join our West Valley City, UT office. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our recruitment database.
• Collaborate with the team to develop recruitment strategies that meet client needs.
• Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
