As Controller , you'll oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring integrity in reporting, optimizing cash management, and guiding compliance efforts. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support sustainable growth.

What You'll Do :

Lead as the organization's Controller , directing all accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and vendor reporting.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Manage cash operations, including banking relationships, cash forecasting, and member / customer financial programs.

Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth process.

Implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen financial controls.

Develop and mentor accounting staff, building a strong, accountable, and growth-oriented team.

Work closely with executive leadership, leveraging your role as Controller to provide data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

8+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Preferred :

CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.

12+ years of total experience in accounting / finance, including 5+ years as a senior leader or Controller .

Background in a regulated, member-based, or complex business environment.

Demonstrated success leading system / process upgrades and driving operational improvements.

Work Model & Compensation :
