We seek skilled Massage Therapists for our Rogers, Arkansas office.
Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine specific needs and create personalized treatment plans
Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage
Utilize acute pain management techniques to provide relief for clients with chronic pain or injuries
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and offer guidance on self-care practices
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Adhere to ethical and legal standards of the profession Skills and Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments
Strong understanding of pain management techniques and their application in massage therapy
Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient service
Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs and preferences
Valid Massage Therapist license or certification
