Your Role : Access Control Service Technician
What You’ll Do :
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience with access control systems.
- Service and troubleshoot access control equipment including card readers, electronic locks, request to exit buttons & motion detectors, and control panels.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and proper customer system settings requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with clients to explain service findings, address concerns, and suggest enhancements.
- Document all service repairs performed and provide clear communication to supervisors and clients.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for scheduled appointments.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Clear an extensive criminal background check.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed.
