Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Product Director, Bispecifics Market Access Marketing Operations & Community Expansion for TALVEY and TECVAYLI located in Horsham, PA.
This role will report into the TALVEY, Bispecific Community Expansion & Market Access marketing team but will support both of Johnson & Johnson’s marketed bispecifics, TALVEY and TECVAYLI.
The Product Director will oversee the development and implementation of market access strategies specifically focused on addressing operational complexities impacting patient access for TALVEY and TECVAYLI, particularly in the community oncology setting where bispecific adoption currently lags.
The Product Director will work closely with agency partners and internal partners (including TALVEY and TECVAYLI marketing teams, real-world value & evidence, KAM and ABS customer-facing teams, and strategic customer group) to develop market access strategies and tactics that enable and accelerate community expansion of J&J’s multiple myeloma bispecifics.
Key responsibilities include :
- Lead bispecific community expansion marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with KAM (Key Account Manager) and ABS (Area Business Specialist) field teams.
- Support development and execution of resources and initiatives with pharmacy stakeholders who often serve as operational champions for bispecifics.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of a customized bispecific value proposition / value narrative tailored for provider GPOs as well as GPO FFS programming for TECVAYLI and TALVEY.
- Collaborate with RWV&E partners on development of economic models / tools tailored to address provider PHDM careabouts.
- Partner with and across KAM, ABS and FRM (Field Reimbursement Manager) teams to ensure account teams are knowledgeable on TECVAYLI, TALVEY and approved resources and solutions to support community expansion of bispecifics.
- Partner with SIA team to broaden and evolve set of KPIs to effectively monitor and track marketing tactic impact and progress towards bispecific community expansion.
Qualifications
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge.
- A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and / or related fields.
- Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred :
- People leadership experience.
- Experience in oncology.
