A Human Resource Assistant is responsible for managing HR administration responsibilities to deliver an excellent Team Member experience while supporting Team Member relations and departmental goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resource Assistant, you are responsible for managing HR administration responsibilities to deliver an excellent staff experience.

A Human Resource Assistant will also be required to interface with the HR system and support Team Member relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Manage HR administration such as letters, documentation, records and personnel files
• Ensure accurate information is fed into the bespoke HR system
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and team members relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
• Ensures documents delivered to Human Resources are completed accordingly
• Provides administrative support to the human resources department
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, team members recognition events, holiday parties and all other Human Resources events
• Maintain all Human Resources social platforms up to date
• Assist with Team Member relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner
• Assist and resolve team member and management queries
• Help achieve departmental goals
