- Buffing / Polishing hard surfaces, stripping, waxing
- Maintains areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Operates and maintains powered equipment needed for the job
- Must be able to lead, direct and follow up on other floor care team members
- One year of experience as a Floor Tech
- Plans, organizes and evaluates work activities appropriately
- Follows established cleaning and operations procedures
- Utilizes time in order to complete duties within established time allotments
- Courteously communicates with hospital personnel, patients and guests
- Frequently informs director of work status
