Position : Production Worker

Autonomy Staffing is a leading staffing agency in Charleston, SC, dedicated to connecting talented individuals with top companies in the area.
We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our team and work at one of our client's manufacturing facilities.
Position Overview :
As a Production Worker, you will perform various tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary duties will include operating machinery, assembling products, and performing quality checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain production machinery following company standards and safety guidelines.
- Assemble and package products according to instructions and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate any production or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
