General Manager Responsibilities :
- Ensure every guest receives only the best food and service in a polished and sparkling clean atmosphere
- Keep a consistent focus on training and growth and a relentless passion for quality
- Lead daily shift meetings to ensure the whole team understands the vision and direction for the day
- Be passionate to deliver beyond what is expected
General Manager Qualifications :
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment always hands-on
- 2-4 years experience in a General Manager role in fast-casual or casual dining
- A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
- Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
