Responsibilities of a Entry Level Management :
- Review and evaluate customer service and sales departments work to ensure quality and timeliness
- Ensures employees actions are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and boost sales margins
- Establish and report team and individual performance standards
- Assist in planning, executing, and scheduling meetings
