Position : Mental Health Therapist serving Children, Adolescents, and Adults.

Who we are looking for : A Therapist serving Children, Adolescents, Families, and Adults. Clinicians who have unique specialties such as EMDR / CPT / TF-CBT training, Art Therapy, Gottman Training, Sand Tray therapy, or something else unique are highly encouraged to apply

Our team is looking for a wide variety of specialties.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Full-time status clinicians will maintain a caseload of minimum 25 client visits per week.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Maintain documentation according to common sense company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team building activities.
• Generate ideas during team meetings to help reduce burnout, develop new practice initiatives, increase job satisfaction, and create an enjoyable office atmosphere.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must have an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
• Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Willingness to enjoy the work environment, use humor and creativity in the counseling process, and engage colleagues in case consultations.

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
