Your role in our mission
- Process suspended claims, adjustments and voids within established written guidelines
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
What we're looking for
- Two (2) or more years of claims processing experience required
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure quality and timeliness of claim adjudication
- Experience with HCPCS / ICD-10 coding & medical terminology preferred
- Ability to read and apply policy guidelines
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel and TEAMS)

- Telework or On-site / Office environment at West Sacramento, California
- Shift hours vary, 6 : 00am 2 : 30pm or 7 : 00am 3 : 30pm PST zone

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
