As an insurance agent assistant, you’ll show our customers the value that comes with being a Farmers policyholder : preparing insurance quotes, advising customers on coverage, setting appointments and binding coverage all without making a single cold call.

Responsibilities :
- Work directly with the Agency’s book of business and referral partners
- Generating accurate quotes at high volumes and binding policies
- Appointment setting
- Nurture strong customer relationships with focus to increase client retention and agency loyalty.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation as requested
- Utilize and navigate various computer systems and platforms to perform daily duties
- Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
- Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
Requirements :
- Must be able to successfully complete Tennessee Property and Casualty Insurance requirements and agency training programs
- Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize the day
- Persuasive, proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Bi-lingual preferred

- Based on experience, the compensation offered is $30,000-$55,000 per year
