SUMMARY :
The Social Media Specialist is on the pulse of what is trending on social media and leads the strategic thinking and insight-led management for our social platforms from a paid and organic standpoint.
This role will be responsible for the strategy, social media, and content management for Renfro’s owned brands across all platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily social media management and execution of organic tactics for DTC brands and Renfro Brands owned social media accounts.
- Manage the organic and paid editorial content calendar and for all social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest), including sourcing copy and creative for all posts.
- Work with the Sr. Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and DTC teams to oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns with agency partners.
- Work in partnership with Creative Services team to create engaging and compelling social media concepts that are in line with brand positioning.
Organize and manage content.
- Drive and develop social campaigns from start to finish including ideation, goals, creative, set up, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
- Communicate and engage with social media followers in a timely manner.
- Leverage search engine traffic, social media data, and campaign results to make content and strategy decisions.
- Curate, track, and manage UGC.
- Manage third party content creator contracts.
- Partner with social media brand ambassadors.
- Engage with internal employees to create and plan content ideas.
- Continually research new and creative ways to increase followers, improve engagement and broaden reach.
