Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the IS partner supporting Supply Chain areas in Workday, ., procurement, inventory, and strategic sourcing
- Provide consultation to SCM partners building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday
- Configure, test, validate and implement business process changes in Workday
- Lead efforts in tracking issues and resolutions; identify situations requiring urgent attention
- Analyze and assess technical issues (Desktop, Network, Application, Other)
- Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices
- Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
- Support testing of integrations, security, annual events
- Maintain master data values in Workday across areas of responsibility
- Provide input and knowledge sharing with analyst lead, IS partners and Workday team members as appropriate
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
Workday analyst experience or training required
Prior functional Supply Chain system experience strongly preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver’s License Check and / or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and / or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written / oral instructions.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Understanding of Supply Chain operations and experience in inventory and supplier data management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal customers, cross-functional colleagues and IT
- Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the business needs to develop solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
