Salary : $140,000 - $175,000 per year
A Bit About Us : Mid-sized women-owned education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an attorney to join its Litigation and Board Ethics, Transparency and Accountability practice groups.

Job Details : Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience, including the below qualifications :
- Representation of public entities in litigation including in civil writs
- Experience with governance and accountability issues including open meeting and public records requirements
- Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities
- Experience presenting before governing boards, preferred
- Prior school district representation is a plus
- Admission to the California State Bar
The anticipated annual salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $140,000 $175,000.
The final annual salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
