Promo Products Marketing Coordinator
Do you love to shop for cool swag? Got an eye for marketing trends? As a key marketing coordinator, you’ll support our sales team in growing our existing Promotional Products Division and support our overall company marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales team and clients to find promo product solutions
- Research and present product ideas that fit client budget and expectations
- Communicate effectively with inside production staff and outside vendors
- Coordinate production schedules with sales, internal teams, and outside vendors
- Execute purchase orders and maintain accurate job ticket information
- Ensure timely and efficient production of promotional products
- Help with internal marketing projects as needed.
Expectations :
- Proven background handling promo products and marketing projects
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in project management
- Creative mindset to identify products that fit client challenges
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
