Job Description :
We are looking to add a PART TIME morning receptionist to join our growing office staff.
Monday - Friday from 8AM - 12PM. Possibilities of becoming full-time in late 2024, early 2025!!
As the receptionist at Homewatch Caregivers, you will be seen as the friendly face in the office. You are positioned directly inside of the front doors where all customers, and employees with see you and expect to be pleasantly greeted, and assisted promptly.
To fit this role we are looking for a candidate with office experience, proficient in time management & multi-tasking, as well as friendly.
This position also involves a lot of problem solving skills which some you can solve on your own, and others you will need to utilize the chain of command within the company to handle.
The job duties are listed below :
- Answer incoming calls and directing to the appropriate department
- Greet Visitors
- New Client intake calls
- Check Mailbox daily
- Communicates effectively with office staff
- Other front office related tasks
- Reports to General Manager

Requirements
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office(TM) - The more you know about these tools, the easier your job will become
- Office experience is strongly preferred
- Must be available to work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday and possibly handle the after hours phone from home up to 33% of the time (on weekends and evenings until 10pm (additional pay provided for on-call duties)
- Must be computer savvy since many duties include utilizing on-line tools
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a clean background with convictions or guilty pleas for felonies, theft, abuse, neglect or crimes against others
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Must be organized and show this in the workplace
