I have partnered with a real estate firm that is seeking an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for accounting within their development team and have supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities :
- Utilize various accounting software systems to process and manage financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.
- Maintain and update customer credit records as needed.
- Annual Estimates
- Mortage payments
- Oversee the auditing process and ensure all financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Handle billing functions and resolve any related issues promptly.
- Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management.
- Manage financial transactions and processes related to commercial real estate
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
