Assistant Controller - Global Consolidations

Compensation : $160K-$190K base + bonus

About the Role :

A rapidly growing organization is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in managing global consolidations, Oracle FCCS reporting, and compliance. This role provides high visibility within the finance function and offers the opportunity to be hands-on with corporate consolidations and reporting while supporting executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead global financial consolidations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Manage Oracle FCCS consolidation processes and provide guidance to stakeholders

Support the Controller with compliance, internal controls, and corporate accounting standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support decision-making

Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations as needed

Participate in ad hoc financial projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For :

5-7 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in consolidations or corporate finance

Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS or similar consolidation tools

Strong understanding of compliance, internal controls, and accounting standards

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have :

Experience in a global or multi-entity organization

Exposure to manufacturing finance or cost accounting
