Our client is seeking a CenterManager to lead a team of physical and occupational therapists. Theideal candidate will foster a positive work environment ensureclinical excellence and manage daily operations to driveprofitability and achieve strategicgoals.
The center manager will besplitting time between treating patients and managing theclinic.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Createa positive workplace culture to boost team morale andretention.
- Oversee employeerelations ensuring compliance with HRpolicies.
- Assist in budgetdevelopment and strategic planning focusing on achieving referraland marketing goals.
- Managephysician payer and customerrelationships.
- Ensure profitabilityby interpreting financial metrics and addressingunderperformance.
- Supervise clinicalstaff to ensure topquality patient care and effective caseloadmanagement.
- Oversee staff trainingscheduling and performancereviews.
- Maintain a cleanprofessional clinicenvironment.
- Ensure compliance withstate federal and companyregulations.
Compliance :
- Adhereto all state federal and clientspecificstandards.
- Manage employee filescertifications and annualtrainings.
- Conduct staff meetingsquality improvement programs and complianceaudits.
- Ensure facility safety andmaintenance including equipment calibration and OSHAcompliance.
Clinical :
- Providehighquality patient care adhering to state practiceguidelines.
- Document patientprogress medical necessity and treatmentplans.
- Maintain open communicationwith patients team members and healthcareproviders.
Requirements :
- Leadershipand organizational skills.
- Strongwritten and verbal communicationabilities.
- Proficiency inproblemsolving and clinicaldecisionmaking.
- Basic computerskills (Word Excel).
- Physicalability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients asneeded.
- Current state licensure andCPRcertification.
