Duties :
- Answering inbound patient and provider communication (call center and SMS platform)
- Supporting in patient needs as appropriate (eg : providing tracking information, scheduling appointment with care team, updating demographic information,
- Triaging patient to pharmacist or care team as needed
- Support in customer service concerns and de-escalation when appropriate
- 55-60 inbound call volume on average
3-5 Must Have Skills / Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- An active pharmacy technician (PTCB) license in good standing with the Texas
Good phone etiquette
Good customer service telephonically
Soft Skills
- Strong Computer Literacy
- Strong Communication skills
- Dependable / reliable Schedule :
- M-F 8 to 5
- M-F 8 to 5
Pay Rate :
$18-20 per hour
