What is the compensation?

  • Our starting pay is $14.00 an hour during the week and $15.50 an hour during the weekend.
  • Additional pay will be considered for anyone applying with call center experience.
  • Is that where it ends? Of course not, additional opportunities to increase your responsibility and pay exist for those who are willing and able to learn more.

  • Full time members are eligible for both medical and leave time benefits after 30 days of employment.

Opportunities to work remotely from your Georgia home exist for qualified candidates. Requirements to work from home include high speed internet, the ability to connect the computer equipment directly into the router (wi-fi is not an option), an enclosed private space where only you can be seen and heard, and no background noise. It is that simple.

Equipment Requirements

ASuperior will ship you all of the equipment needs. Simply plug up and sign on. If you have some equipment of your own you would like to use, that is fine too.

What are the available shifts?

We are currently seeking candidates whose availability ranges from 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm Monday through Sunday. Shifts will be scheduled for 8 hours and fluctuate within that 12 hour range throughout the week.

8 hour shifts are provided a 30-minute paid break.

We are seeking those who are available to work both days every other weekend.

Want to work every weekend (one day or both)? We can accommodate that too. As noted above, we increase our hourly pay for any hours worked during the weekend.

A Superior provides answering services, call center and contact center services. In its simplest form, we take inbound calls, record and relay messages on behalf of hundreds of accounts in varying industries all across the country.

We are their virtual receptionist in many cases.

How do I apply?

Instructions will be given when you call. The audition is open 24 / 7 / 365 and is on a voicemail line. A recording of that voicemail is then sent to our Hiring Manager for review.

Don't be nervous, it's just you and our voicemail. Feel free to call in, listen to the instructions, prepare your responses and call back when you’re ready.

After you leave an audition, you must apply through job opening details.

Be prepared, we’re going to ask you difficult questions like your name, phone number, e-mail, how you heard about us and your availability.

If spelling any of those isn’t black and white, go ahead and spell them out so we’ll be able to get in touch with you. Just call the number, listen to the automated pre-recorded prompts and leave us a voicemail audition.

When can I start?

  • If we are pleased with your audition, we will e-mail you our application and pre-employment assessment testing. In many cases you will hear back from us the same day, and if not, expect to hear from us within 1-3 business days.
  • As soon as you complete your application and assessment, we’ll coordinate either an on site or virtual interview in hopes to meet you within 1-3 business days.
  • From there, our hopes are to start you within 5-7 days of being interviewed and offered the position. This allows time for your background check and drug screen results to be completed along with coordinating your equipment needs if you will be working remotely.
