LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a corporate client in Massachusetts, is seeking a Data Privacy Contract Specialist to assist their team on a temporary basis.
This position is fully remote based on an Eastern time zone schedule. Full-time 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting data privacy review
- Handling data privacy addenda for various customers and suppliers
- Uploading and managing contracts in the contracts management system
- Drafting and redlining agreements
- Reviewing and analyzing contracts
- Collaborating with business teams, managers, vendors, legal department, and outside counsel
Requirements :
- 10+ years of contracts experience with specialized experience in data privacy
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Great organizational skills
Pay Details : $50.00 to $80.00 per hour
