A highly respected local General Contractor is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join their growing team! This is an exciting and stable opportunity!
Qualifications of the Commercial Construction Superintendent :
- 5+ years of experience as a General Contracting Superintendent
- B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
- Strong attention to detail, with experience managing high-end restaurant builds (Kitchen builds huge plus)
- Proven ability to oversee ground-up construction through to completion, typically in 20 weeks
Benefits for the Commercial Construction Superintendent :
- Total compensation package around $136K (overtime gets paid out)
- Yearly Bonus (Average is around 8-10k, contingent on project profitability)
- Yearly Reviews (Average raise based on performance is around 3.5%)
- $75 monthly cell reimbursement
- Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles round trip
