Commercial New Construction Service Technician - Journeyman

R&H Mechanical has been a family-owned business since 1976 and we are expanding our entire Commercial department. We are looking for a Commercial New Construction Service Technician - Journeyman to join our team.
Our Techs perform New Commercial Equipment Start-Ups, Testing, and Troubleshooting calls in the Skagit, Island and Snohomish counties.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and driven by success. Must have a great attitude and be flexible with the needs of the business.
Position Summary : To provide new construction equipment Start-Ups, testing, and troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and to provide the customer with a high-quality experience.
Provide feedback to the Project Manager regarding technical training needs.
Compensation : $40.00 - $50.00 per hour - plus spiffs - Depending on experience
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 am-5 pm No On-Call work Required!

- Personable and Friendly Attitude
- Troubleshooting and repair capabilities for; furnaces, heat pumps, RTUs, refrigeration and VRF Systems (required)
- Commission commercial equipment and controls
- VFDs and associated controls, Electrical / low voltage diagnostics and repair
- Ability to Calibrate systems
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Equipment / service Sales (required)
- Valid Driver's license / clean driving record (required)
- EPA 608 License (preferred)
