Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting a wide range of commercial and industrial AC service and installation issues.
- Enjoys mentoring and problem troubleshooting.
- Ability to generate and oversee estimating of new jobs.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, well organized, able to meet schedules and deadlines, and able to work independently.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- Ability to communicate diagnosis, the needed repairs, and appropriate options to the customer in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
- 100% compliance with all standard company procedures and safety rules.
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire and willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- US citizen with an excellent driving record and a valid driver's license.
Technical Requirements :
- Detailed knowledge of commercial AC systems that incorporate digital control systems and are linked to a multi-building, computer-based Energy Management and Control System (EMCS).
- Familiarity with 5-100 ton package units, split systems, and computer room units.
- Diagnose a wide variety of service issues, identify any replacement parts, repair, test, and calibrate systems to manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Travel to job sites in the service area and work.
